Originally from Windsor, Ontario, Monica brought her creative edge to Calgary back in 1998. She first built her career (and reputation) as a business owner in the salon industry before turning her sharp eye for detail and design into a real estate superpower.

Monica is the hands on Real Estate Agent who ensures every detail is taken care of, giving clients peace of mind from start to finish. She blends market knowledge with a personal touch, making every experience clear, confident, and tailored to her clients needs.

When she’s not matching families with their dream homes, Monica loves fly fishing, tennis, golf, and hitting the gym. And one of her favorite ways to recharge is hopping on the back of Steve’s motorcycle — it’s where the stress of the day melts away, replaced with a sense of freedom and being fully in the moment.

With deep roots in Calgary, Steve helped lay the groundwork for Team Swagar, drawing on his early years as a Journeyman Plumber and a long career in construction  and oil & gas. Those experiences shaped his reputation for resilience, problem solving, and leadership-qualities that continue to define the team today.

Now focused on sales and management of Team Swagar.  Steve ensures that the team's vision and values remain at the core of everything.

When Steve isn’t busy with sales, you’ll find him riding his motorcycle, playing music, or out on the golf course. His passion for motorcycles is something he and Monica share — she’s his favorite passenger, and their rides are a way to unwind, connect, and recharge.
