Steve and Monica went over and above with their efforts to get the house sold in a timely fashion for a fair price, arguably a higher price than anticipated given the location and market activity.  We felt 100% trust in their motives and decisions throughout every step of the process, and they were available day and night to answer our questions and provide advice.  We recognize that they provided specific circumstantial information when requested and refrained from personal biases at every turn - and that is commendable to us.  I would never hesitate to recommend their services as people of integrity and professionalism, mixed with compassion and empathy.

I knew as soon as Monica and Steve walked onto the property and met us, they were the right realtors for the job.  Enthusiasm, knowledgable, approachable, professional and caring.  We live out of town and when our renters moved out, we had to go and check on the property and renovate over Christmas.  They took the time to meet us on Dec 23 and came over to the property.  They gave us honest advice, recommended updates that were economical.  We had to hire carpet cleaners and an electrician. (Who they recommended and were awesome as well) Unfortunately due to the holidays , the timing of the appointments we couldn't be there.  They took the time out of their busy schedules and met the trades people at the house for us and waited for them to complete their tasks.  Went out of their way to help, which we are very grateful for. They walked me through the whole process step by step and stayed in contact with me for every visit to the house and every detail. Took the stress away.  I had my property sold over asking and within 24 hours.  I highly recommend this team to everyone who is selling or buying a home.  Monica and Steven, you rock!!!!

Steve and Monica went above and beyond with the sale of my house in Calgary. From the start, I was confident they were the right people since they knew the community and immediately put me in touch with their connections for some small jobs to improve the appeal of the house. As I am not living in Calgary, Steve took on additional responsibilities and stepped up to help while I wasn't there to ensure all the little fixes got done, from installing hot tub jets to replacing the smoke detectors and light bulbs. Without a doubt, they were the right people for the job. Not that I anticipate needing them again, but I would certainly use them for any future sale or purchase!
